Yesterday I made for Monticello Utah, but I was having such a fine time driving, I kept right on going, ended up in Moab, and very glad indeed. Moab is a very fine place, and the landscape here is stunning, to say the least. Ran out of propane and food last night, so this morning restocked and fueled up, then drove down the River Road, following the Colorado River till I came to a place called Onion Creek, and I made this oil sketch.
Tomorrow, I am heading into Canyonlands, gotta get my painting mojo on.
